Absolutely, but I take a bit issue with you accusing me of whitewashing history. I have made no attempt at excusing what has happened. Characterizing this as an attempt to "forget" bad history is dishonest. I am very clear that we should NOT do that.

Every narrative will have parts missing. You cannot accuse me of whitewashing for not iterating every singlee country having Fascist movements.

Yes, Fascism was everywhere but it did not take power in every country. And among the countries it took power it did not have the same catastrophic outcome as in Germany. Not every Fascist movement was anti-Jewish e.g.
