As a foreigner, I just shaking my head in disbelief in how America can let so many people who obviously commit treason against the US entirely avoid punishment or consequences. The US to me looks weaker than the German Weimar Republic. At least Hitler got prison for attempted takeover of power. Trump and his minions are still running free.

Putin and other autocrats tear down American democracy in full public view while nothing is done. It reminds me of the saying from Vladimir Lenin: A capitalist will sell you the rope to hang him with.

The US with its worship of corporations are letting places like FOX, Facebook etc run its Democracy to the ground all in plain sight. It doesn’t even look like they are putting up a proper fight.
