Even if Bill Gates is a creep doesn't mean he hasn't been genuinly interested in pushing vaccines. He has after all spent a lot of years on this kind of stuff, rather than just starting another company and making more money.

Real humans are full of weird contradictions. Adolf Hitler e.g. was extremely concerned with animal welfare and would lecture people eating meat in his presence. Yet he had no problems engaging in mass murder of humans.

I suspect Gates is a strange combination of good and bad.
