Exactly which is why the US needs to get serious about a de-radicalization program akin to what was done in Germany after WW2 or this can never end well. The quasi-fascists will eventually go full fascist and take power while gradually stripping away rights.

Don’t think US will end up like Germany but it could end up like many South American countries. America could end up with a lost decade or lost decades.
