Except there isn’t really that much to figure out. There is a shortage of drivers not of CEOs. So let’s raise the wage of the people needed. CEOs isn magic. Cargo isn’t going to move itself magically by CEO brain magic. And as far as something needs figuring out it is at a higher level not on the level of individual CEOs. This is something government of local authorities may need to address.
