Finnish people are known to be quite introvert and reserved so I wonder how much you can relate to this.

Do you know how this works in Finnland?

I don't know that may Finnish people but they seem to usually think a lot the same as us about things.

One thing I have noticed in a business setting is that Finland seems more hierarchical. In Norway it tends to be flatter power hierarchies. You have a BBQ at the office where the boss and employees are all joining forces cooking burgers, setting plates and what not. Based on what Finnish visitors said, it seems highly unusual by Finnish standards.
