Yeah, it is provocative when people are like that, but I always try to remind myself that whenever you get into a debate online with people you will likely never change the mind of the other person. Try itself to respond with the assumption that others might read the discussion. If you can come with the most constructive criticism or useful feedback you will done something for the readers.
