Hehehe beat me. I have used TextMate for two decades. It may not be the hottest editor anymore but it has very good endurance. Important for me is that it is so easy to extend. Most editors I tend to forget how their extensions mechanism works or they have some odd extension language. Like Emacs must be extended with LISP. TextMate is extended with any shell script.
