I am just describing ideas already done through large parts of Europe such as Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Germany and others. Are these countries communist in your view? I will have to assume you are American as I know communism has a different definition in America. Maybe you can clarify so European readers unfamiliar with the American concept of communism would better understand what you mean.

And I would love to hear your thinking about why you think it would make America worse off. Give some answers to each point. I think readers would love to see some well articulated opposing views.
