I don't conflate the two. I expliclity talk about 32-bit ARM (AArch32) when discussing conditional execution. In fact I make a whole point out of AArch64 not having them.

I don't get how you could have missed that. The whole point I made was about simpler processors which would likely use AArch32 rather than AArch64.
