I have not invented any new definition for Fascism, conservatism, left or right. In many cases I am referring to what others says. Umair Haque is labeling the Sweden Democrats as Fascists. I haven't personally put any specific label on them other than what the use themselves such as being socially conservative nationalists.
Left and right are described in Swedish context here. I believe I elaborate on that in the article. E.g. I am pointing out how in Nordic countrie the left is primarily made up of socialist inspired parties. The right is essentially the non-socialist parties. The ones which are more pro-capitalism.
I also spent some time clarifying how Swedish conservatives are more liberal than their American and British analogies. Hence I actually spent some time clarifying these ideological differences. Not sure how you can claim I am just throwing words around without explaining them. I did quite a lot of explaining of these various ideologies.
I think you must be more specific about elements of the explanation you were not happy with or which you think could be elaborated more on.
"What's meant by the right and left dichotomy?"
As I elaborated on in the article. The left-right division in Nordics is primarily between socialist and non-socialist parties.
"What's meant by welfare policies?"
I don't know what the question really is? Is the concept of a welfare state and its policies unknown to you or are you led to believe I am talking about this in an unusual fashion?
I think you can get a good sense by just reading about Welfare on wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Welfare
