I highly doubt it. The language is designed specifically for database use such as UCM.

Most of the languages we use today are made for text files.

Perhaps Smalltalk could be used, because it was already designed for databases.

I am sure you could take existing languages and redesign them to fit UCM, but then there is the question of the value of that as existing code would not be compatible. Might as well design a language from scratch.
