If you actually implement some software, you always have a dialog however.

I don't think any serious construction happens without some kind of dialog or feeback mechanism.

I mean we can just look at this dialog. All sorts of minor misunderstanding which requires reponses.

People who read a novel or article don't have to understand it fully because they are not building a system based on it.
