Thanks Hanan! What sort of articles do you normally read? I long thought I had primarily readers interested in technology.

Anyway… air superiority: It is very expensive to achieve though. Some massive countries like the US can afford to invest in that kind of capability. But for a lot of other countries I think one has to prioritize what can allow you to damage the enemy as much as possible at a low price.

The key think for a small country isn’t necessarily to win but to convince the invader that taking them will get very expensive and time consuming.

After Ukraine I don’t think Russia will want to invade anyone ever again. Although… they should maybe have learned that lesson already in Afghanistan in the 1980s.
