It totally could be. I have gotten stuff banned by companies just because they seem to read through and check stuff in the most shallow way.

Anyway can get thrown under a bus by accident because these companies are seldom doing a thorough job.

How is this any different from the police arresting someone and when you plead innocence people go: Well if the police arrested you, then you MUST have done something wrong!

No, you don't have to have done something wrong. And even if they did, the key problem here is that these organizations never point out specifically what you did wrong. They also push decision abruptly on you without any kind of warning.

As someone increasingly making money on larger platforms it is certainly a worry of mine that I get hit with this kind of thing out of the blue by accident and with no effective ways of fighting it.
