Juan, could you tell me what you are remarking on so I can potentially fix it?

What is a small or large difference in rocketry depends on what you are talking about. 12.5% difference in ISP would have been a very significant difference.

However if you are classifying rockets by mass, then it is not. Electron, Falcon 9 and Saturn V are all in different weight/mass classes. They have very different total mass and payload to orbit.

But if you talk classification then a 100 ton rocket is not very different from a 125 ton rocket in terms of capability. Falcon 9 has seen much bigger changes than that over its life time without being reclassified.
