Most definitely, but also most likely by Democrats as well. Keep in mind that the idea of corporate democracy is a socialist and not liberal idea. People like Bernie Sanders and AOC would support it but most Democrats are social liberal rather than democratic socialists.

Norway used to be dominated by conservatives and liberals like the US. Liberals only approached workers in a sort of paternalistic manner. Sure they did more than conservatives but the idea of private property is very strong with liberals. Giving power to workers goes against private property beliefs.
