No because Flutter requires Dart. The whole point of my article is that today we are tied to to specific languages and libraries. Flutter just adds to the problem. Yet another library to install. Yet another language to relate to.

But I realize I may not have made this problem clear, so I will look if I can word my story better to get the point across.
