No, I was happy working out when I was fit. I didn't necessarily need to go further. Just random stuff which got me out of practice and then I never managed to get back in the habit for very long.
For me it is a bit more complex with a combination of both physical problems and mental health.
I live next to a forest area with varried terrains, small creeks and water falls. Great nature area. I used to love running there.
But it is not exactly motivating when each time I try to get back at it my knees or my head hurt. I got to find something else to get started with. I try to do walks.
But COIVD19 seems to have made everything so much worse. I have not gotten a lot around the last two years because of it. I don't drive and have not been keen on doing public transportation while there has been a lot of COIVD19. I live in an area which got hit worst in Oslo.
I am still an optimist. I just accept that it will take some time.
