Not talking about making a bad product that breaks but making something novel that may not appeal to customers. Something that fails to sell, not because it breaks down easily but because it has a feature set that customers don’t care for.

Yes, Apple has some failures with their keyboard, touchbar etc. I don’t think that is bad. It shows they are trying some new stuff. Apple is more experimental than the general PC industry IMHO. I just wish they did more.
