Oh I haven't heard about that one. Don't think we have Canadian bacon over here and frankly when I lived in the US, the whole Canadian bacon thing confused the hell out of me. I kept wondering while people care specifically about the bacon coming from Canada... like why wasn't American bacon good enough.

But then again we do in Europe have various foods named "American." We got American pizza in Norway. In the Netherlands they have American filet, which is quite funny as it is ground up raw meat with spices. Not something I think any American would ever want to eat.
