Probably not that hard for him to get a billion if he needs to. But sure if we talk about debt Twitter itself owes then I don’t rule of a bankruptcy. However that implies restructuring and many investors would likely want Twitter as long as it can be gotten cheap enough. Musk may have to walk away from it all with a big financial loss though.
