Thanks for the feedback. I find myself increasingly not adding images while writing my markdown. Instead I publish to medium and add images afterwards.

Still miss parts of Ulysses but iA Writer has served me quite well for a long time now.

Typora is also quite nice I think. But I think I am still open for an even better solution. I think Ulysses was really good at organizing, tagging, searching and filtering.
