That 7% difference means the cheating of women cheat 35% less than men. I'd say that is a significant difference.

But theoretically there are limits to how big the difference can get, after all men cannot cheat without sleeping with another woman. Presumably she is often cheating as well.

It is what I don't get about men shaming women about their "body count." Like a woman cannot sleep around without a man actually agreeing to do it with her.

Each man on the body count of a woman must also be adding her to his body count.

The body counts of men and women have to be related. If men sleep less around so will women. In doesn't make any sense to shame only one gender about their body count as it is related.

I am assuming that the only reason men manage to cheat more than women is because a few women have a higher than average number of partners through their life. Otherwise I am not sure how the numbers add up.
