Fascists tend to be quite vocal about free speech, because they want the right to spread their hate. However they are usually strongly against free speech they don't like.

If Fascists oppose free speech when not in power, how would then then spread their propaganda? They pay lip service to freespeech until have the power to curtail opinions they don't like.
