The unique geographic conditions of Europe are not controversial at all among writers on this topic. You laugh at me referencing aliens but seem to utterly miss the point. The point about the thought experiment is that the factors driving various types of development can be tied to geographic and climatic conditions.

As I pointed out in my story: Nothing I write here is new ideas. All I am writing about his just a colorful retelling of well established ideas. You will find the same conclusions in the works of Adam Smith, Jared Diamond , Terje Tvedt and many others.

That you think the fact that I reference earlier writing somehow proves me wrong means you don't understand the nature of logic and reasoning. It doesn't matter who writes something if the logic adds up. If Hitler wrote 2 + 2 = 4, it doesn't suddenly stop being right because Hitler was a horrible man.

It doesn't really matter who I am. What matters is arguments and sources I use. The article I referenced on European seapower makes numerous references you can lookup yourself if you think something I write doesn't add up.
