The whole article was a comparison of Go garbage collection with that of languages designed specifically around the use of garbage collectors such as Java and C#.
Thus to go "well Go sucks compared to Rust," makes not sense. This seems like some mission to prove that Go is a bad by just pulling random languages out of your hat that does something better than Go.
Imagine I pointed out what is better in Go than in Rust, and then you reply with: "Oh, but Haskell is better than Go in this area!"
That would just be a nonsense debate. You cannot just shift goal posts around to whatever suits you.
