Then you need to be consistent. If women cannot dress up because they enjoy it then you aren't allowed to want sex unless you want to make a baby.

You think that is a fair demand? We cannot control our wants and desires that easily. And it is utterly unreasonable to demand that.

The issues here is that all too often men demand that women control their wants in ways that are convenient to men while male behavior is just to be accepted and tolerated no matter how inappropriate.

All you need here is for both men and women to be aware of this. Women may need to tone down a bit how they dress but men also need to stop thinking that a short skirt means the girl wants to be banged by you. Someone with a little social skills can look at the whole behavior and context to judge if a woman is interested.

What people need is to have some interest in the other gender beyond screwing. Learn how your opposite sex things and behaves. Make friends with them. I think that is better than just pointing fingers and passing judgement about behavior one does not understand.
