Trump has resisted speaking out against Fascism at every opportunity. He has given no clear denouncement to my recollection, only half hearted vague statements. He has however said “good people on both sides” and said Proud Boys should “Stand back and stand by.”

And if you ask right wing extremists themselves they live Trump and personally think he supports them, hence his “denouncement” has certainly not been felt by them. So yes it is indeed a Fascist friendly administration. Not just based on who he supports but also based on the values he cherishes.
