Wayne this is not how evidence works. You cannot prove that it doesn't exist in one location and thus conclude systemic racism exists. However it is enough to prove that system racism exists by being able to show that it exists in at least one area.
Plenty of evidene exists. Here is a small subset: https://erik-engheim.medium.com/proof-of-systemic-racism-in-america-b8b93c0091d2
In most cases the lack of proof doesn't mean systemic racism doesn't exist, but simply because a lot of things are really hard to prove. E.g. how would you prove that a Police officer is more likely to arrest a black guy for the same offense as a white person and treat them worse? There is no good objective way of doing that as the ones typically recording the statistics and making the assesment of the situation are the very people we want to asses the prejudice of.
However there are plenty of studies which show systemic racism. A lot in fact. And that you don't know them, or choose not to look them up, just show the very nature of systemic racism. We choose to look away from inconvenient truths. We don't want to find out. We rather live in ignorant bliss. And when challenged we instead of exploring the problem we immediately look for evidence of the opinions we already hold. Evidence that can bolster the prejudice we already have.
