We had a peculiar case in my hometown in Norway. A Pakistani man got thrown down the stairs from a fancy club by a white bouncer. In theory this was a perfect case for suing the establishment over racism.

Except here is the twist: The guy thrown down the stairs was in fact the bowner of the establishment! He had in fact instructed the bouncer to throw out Pakistanis. The bouncer had not realized that his boss was Pakistani as well.
