What a weird butt hurt response. This article isn't meant as some kind of attack the people of Russia. Few here have a beef with Russian people. In fact in Northern Norway there have long been a very good relation between Norwegians and Russians.

Our beef is with the Russian leadership and Russian themselves should have even more reason to dislike Russian leadership. The Kremlin is sending right now many Russians their death for no good reason. It is subjugating millions of Russians to harder economic times for no good reason.

If I was Russian I would be more upset with the Kremlin than a random Norwegian on the internet. Russians may not give a f*ck about Nordic people but the Kremlin sure does. We have not forgotten the brutal invasion of Finland or the many threats later. Norway was threatened by the Kremlin when we joined NATO. The USSR had elaborate invasion plans for Europe. The Kola peninsula had bases strategically setup for invasion of Norway. Russia frequently engaged in scare tactics and intimidation through the cold war, so we don't have the luxury of ignoring Russia.

Doesn't matter what regular Russians think about the Nordics because the Kremlin doesn't give a f*ck what Russian citizens think about anything.
