When was anything ever achieved without complaining? Did slavery end because people shut up about it and stopped complaining? Did child labour stop because people stopped making a fuss about it? Did women get the right to vote by keeping their head down?

Democracy is built on complaining. You complain about stuff that doesn’t work and eventually politicians react and improve things. If they don’t, you make a bigger stink.
