Wow really interesting Ian! Would you be interested in having a bit of a discussion about your experience? I find it really hard to obtain information about the limits and possibilities of using fluidics for computer systems.

I am interested in getting a better sense of how complex systems you can build with this. What realistic speeds are. How large the systems would be. E.g. I read the 6502 microprocessor has about 3000 transistors on it. I am curious about how viable making something like that is. How big it would get and what sort of manufacturing technique you could use.

What is your view on using 3D printers or CNC routers for this task?
