Yeah, I absolutely do dislike Jordan Peterson. But it isn’t because I don’t like his face or accent. It is because I dislike what he stands for and all the nonsense he spouts. I concede that he has helped a lot of people, and so I am not attacking his record on that.

I will push back against the idea that Jordan Peterson promotes critical thinking. I don’t think he does that at all. Quite the contrary, he spreads a lot of falsehood which often gets accepted uncritically because of his success as a therapist and elegant speaking.

But at least he gets the debate going. I don’t read or listen to exclusively people I agree with. Hopefully you don’t mind reading what I write, even if you disagree with it.

I write from a Nordic social democratic perspective. Not everyone will agree with that but at least it isn’t a common perspective in the English-speaking world so it might be an interesting variation 😉
