I honeslty don't get you Jason. You invent all these fantastical theoretical constructs of what you "think" will happen when you can just look the real world.

You characterize democracy as government sticking guns to you head. Absolutely nonsense detached from reality. Have you not seen civil disobedience before? Have you not seen mass demonstrations? How often do you see government put guns to people's heads for demonstrating and protesting against the rules?

That is an exceedingly rare thing for a democracy. Unless you bring guns into the mix, they will not either.
