Yeah, tricky topic to write about as I don’t want to throw my lot in with the xenophobic. I do think multi-cultural societies are possible to build successfully but they need time and effort.

It is a bit like hiring people at a company. It is very hard to covey the company culture and give a good training if you hire far too many people quickly. You need somewhat of an organic growth.
