Yes, I think Intel can keep floating on this for quite some time. However it cannot go on forever. PC makers are going to demand change. If they see Apple year after year offering cheaper l, faster and prettier computers than them, then they will have a problem. Customers are not complete idiots. They will not keep buying PC if they cost more, have lower performance and worse user experience. Then can be worse then Macs in some areas but not in lots of them. PC makers are not going to sit idle while Apple steal customers. They will pair up with other ARM designers and pressure Microsoft to embrace ARM.
